Free before you pay
Every user can try WorldReply for free before subscribing. We strongly encourage you to use your free replies to confirm the Service meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan, as this is the best way to ensure you are happy with what you are paying for.
Subscriptions
Because access to the Service and its paid features is delivered immediately and digitally, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling does not generate an automatic refund for the current period, but it does ensure you are not billed again. Cryptocurrency payments do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the purchased period expires.
Billing errors and exceptional cases
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us promptly. We review every such case in good faith and will correct genuine billing mistakes. We also consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis where the circumstances warrant it.
