These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorldReply ("the Service"), available at worldreply.xyz. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What WorldReply does
WorldReply is an AI reply engine. You paste a message — such as an email, chat, complaint, or review — and the Service produces a suggested reply for you to use. WorldReply is a writing assistant, not a chatbot, and not a substitute for professional advice.
Free use and subscriptions
New users receive a limited number of free replies. Continued or higher-value use requires a paid subscription, billed on a monthly or yearly basis at the rates shown at the point of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future billing periods. Paid features unlock automatically once payment is confirmed.
Payments, renewals & cancellation
Card and Apple Pay subscriptions are processed by our payment partner and may renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cryptocurrency payments activate access for the period purchased and do not auto-renew.
Refunds
Our refund approach is described in our Refund Policy. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has been delivered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or to use it in violation of any applicable law. We may apply rate limits and anti-abuse measures, and may suspend access that threatens the Service or other users.
Your content and the output
You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the replies you receive. You should review every reply before sending it. As between you and us, the replies generated for you are yours to use. You confirm you have the right to submit the text you paste.
AI limitations & no professional advice
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. WorldReply does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and the "Legal-safe" tone is a writing style only — not legal counsel. Always use your own judgement and seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldReply and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
